WOW! I'm naturally skeptical about the real estate market, but Laura changed my impression of realtors. Laura will listen to your concerns and walk you step by step through the process. She saved me so much money on my transaction because she understands the in's and out's of the process especially negotiating with the sellers. Throughout the whole process I felt like Laura had my back catching an error in one of the documents. She even called my mom to calm her down after she was confused by the process. Five stars all the way! Next time I'm ready to jump back into the real estate market, Laura will be on speed dial.

I spoke with Will Rawstron in early fall looking for a rental condo for the mountains. I gave him some criteria to go off of…it had to be profitable. A place came up in late fall that sounded like a fit. It was, but I didn't have any way of knowing that then. He ran the numbers, showed me what rental comps looked like and it sounded doable. Just like the saying goes, hindsight is 20/20. It immediately turned a profit in 2013 and based of the remaining lease agreements for 2014 will earn almost triple my expenses. I recently took a look at comps, and it has gone up in value more than 40%. On my own I would have never looked at this place, Will saw the potential in it and took the time to show me. I sure hope he finds another place like it for me soon.
